The Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct is an important tool to ensure that those who operate in our profession in Canada adhere to the highest ethical standards, including a commitment to integrity and honesty, openness, professionalism, and respect for democratic institutions. On November 2, 2020, the Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying launched a consultation to seek input on future changes to the Code. Today, following extensive consultation with our members, and in collaboration with the Public Affairs Association of Canada, GRIC has submitted its response to the consultation
