New Guidance on Rule 10 Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct – Gifts

The Office of the Commissioner of Lobbying of Canada (OCL) has posted a new Commissioner’s Guidance for lobbyists regarding the application of Rule 10 of the Lobbyists’ Code of Conduct – Gifts.
